A new TECHNONICOL stone wool plant with a capacity of 400 thousand cubic meters of products per year will be built in the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ

TECHNONICOL and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) have signed an agreement on the implementation of a new investment project in the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ. The project envisages the construction of another plant of the company. It will become the third production of TECHNONICOL stone wool in the region. Investments in the project will exceed 3 billion rubles. Under the resident agreement, TECHNONICOL will lease a land plot within the boundaries of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ for the construction of a new enterprise for the production of construction heat and sound insulation from stone wool. Its conveyors will annually pass 400 thousand cubic meters of finished products. Thanks to the new investment project, about 140 residents of the region will receive jobs. The company will provide the results of engineering surveys and design documentation in June 2025. Completion of work and launch of production are scheduled for the end of 2026 – beginning of 2027.
