A new yacht cluster and all-season spa resort will appear in Shoshina Bay on Russkiy Island

During the 11th Eastern Economic Forum, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and “KSK Vostok Group” LLC to create a multifunctional recreation area for water tourism in Shoshina Bay on Russkiy Island in Vladivostok. The document was signed by Kirill Kamenev, Deputy General Director for Investment Promotion at FEDC, and Sergey Yurchuk, Director of “KSK Vostok Group” LLC. Total capital investment in the project is estimated at 400 million rubles, and 15 new jobs will be created.

"Tourist traffic to the Far East is growing by 12-15% annually, and with it, demand for modern, comfortable vacation spots. The Shoshina Bay project is precisely such a facility: a year-round center with a hotel, spa, bathhouse complex, and yachting infrastructure. FEDC will continue to support the investor throughout the entire process. We expect that, thanks to our collaboration, the center will be popular with both local residents and tourists from all over Russia by the summer of 2029," noted Kirill Kamenev.
