The new warehouse of a resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ will increase the volume of trade turnover in the region
As a resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ, “MEINSTOR” company built a 2,200-square-meter warehouse complex. The total investment under the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) amounted to over 120 million rubles.
"Cargo traffic through the seaports of the Far East and Vladivostok is growing. There's already a shortage of capacity for storage and transshipment outside of port areas. The entry barriers to this type of business are relatively low and don't require major investment, but the success of the project largely depends on the location of the warehouse complex. The site must be located near a main road, have convenient access and exits, and be connected to the power grid. The “Primorye” ASEZ fully meets these requirements," said Oleg Mamaev, CEO of “MEINSTOR” LLC.
