Full production capacity is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2030. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the project will invest 1 billion rubles and create 48 jobs.
Three production facilities with a total area of 12,000 square meters, a warehouse complex, an administrative and amenity building, a boiler room, and open storage areas will be built on the land plot in two phases. The total development area will be approximately 29,700 square meters.
Once fully operational, the plant will be able to process approximately 213 tons of metal per month, producing up to 67 tons of air ducts, 83 tons of components, and 833 air conditioner baskets per month.
