A new resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ will build an all-season swimming pool with a sea view in Vladivostok

“Global” company, a new resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ, will build the "Bathing Area in Patroclus Bay" public and recreational complex in Vladivostok. The project, located on the bay's beach, is conceived as a new attraction for residents and visitors and will be part of the integrated development of public spaces along the coastal area. The complex will be able to accommodate up to 300 people at a time, with a maximum daily capacity of 1,000 visitors. It will feature a large sauna for 200 people with a moderate temperature, a “Russian banya” for 50-80 people with a higher temperature, and a common relaxation area. The main areas will face the sea and feature panoramic facades. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, the project investment is 200 million rubles. Operations are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.

The project features a high level of automation: contactless access via QR code, kiosks and a mobile app for hourly payment, vending solutions for related services, minimizing waiting areas, and optimal staffing levels. This approach will reduce service wait times and improve the facility's operational efficiency.
