A new resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ will build a warehouse complex for storing products from regional and national retailers

“Tate Logistics”, a resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ, will build a modern 5,500 square meter refrigerated warehouse, an 8,400 square meter dry warehouse, and a temporary storage area for products prior to shipment in the village of Volno-Nadezhdinskoye in Primorsky Region. The new warehouse complex is scheduled to open in 2029. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 1.1 billion rubles will be invested in the project.

Thanks to government support, the foreign investor has already completed four projects. As a resident of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ, a grain storage facility and drying complex were built. Three warehouse complexes for storing retail chain products have been commissioned using the “Primorye” ASEZ's support package. A shopping mall construction project is also underway.

"The project's implementation will be an important step in the development of retail in the Far East, contributing to economic growth and improving the quality of services for local residents. The “Primorye” ASEZ is located in the village of Volno-Nadezhdinskoye in Primorsky Region. Its favorable location near major highways and railways provides quick access to the region's largest population centers. The “Primorye” ASEZ is a convenient location for warehouse construction. Residents of the ASEZ are already implementing 32 logistics and transportation projects, more than half of which are building new warehouse complexes of various types," commented Alexey Dunaev, Director of the FEDC “Primorye”.
