A new resident of the ‘Primorye’ ASEZ will build a base for fishermen on Reineke Island

The Vladivostok Sports Fishing and Tourism Society "Barracuda" has become a new resident of the "Primorye" ASEZ and has begun developing a seasonal tourism and recreation facility on Reineke Island. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), investment in the project will exceed 2 million rubles. The project is scheduled to launch in October 2027.

The recreation center will provide temporary accommodation in modular cabins and organize fishing tours. The site's infrastructure will include three modular cabins, a landscaped campfire area, day-use camping spots, and a scenic viewpoint.

Accommodation services will be provided on a seasonal basis, from April to October. The projected service volume is up to 267 house-days per year at full capacity and up to 1,296 hours of fishing tours per year. The accommodation rate is set at 7,000 rubles per house-day, while the cost of a fishing tour is 5,300 rubles per hour.
