The new resident of the «Nadezhdinskaya» ASEZ intends to fully provide construction organizations in Primorsky region with aerated concrete blocks
The resident of the «Nadezhdinskaya» ASEZ - the «DaVinci Plant» construction company - plans to build the first in the priority development areas of Primorsky region production facility of autoclaved aerated concrete in 2023. The volume of private investments in the project, in agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, will amount to 198 million rubles, about 35 people will be employed.
A modern automated enterprise should ensure the
production of 60 thousand cubic meters of gas blocks per year, from which about
ten 25-storey buildings can be built. The ASEZ resident plans to double
production volumes by 2025, and if demand grows, then build another similar
plant and produce up to 240 thousand cubic meters of aerated concrete blocks
per year.
