The new resident of Khabarovsk ASEZ will start the production of affordable hygiene products from recycled materials

The New Paper Company will produce high-quality napkins and toilet paper from recycled materials at the Khabarovsk Advanced Special Economic Zone (ASEZ). The commissioning of the new plant is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2023. The company will be able to produce up to 3,000 tons of products per year, which will be sold in the Far East at below-market prices. Under the agreement with the Russian Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 24 million rubles will be invested and 80 jobs will be created.

The raw materials will be supplied by a local company, which is the main operator of waste paper collection in Khabarovsk Region and has its own collection points and collection points for residents. The New Paper Company's products will be offered in Khabarovsk and Primorsky Regions, Jewish Autonomous Region, and Amur Region.
