New resident of the “Kamchatka” ASEZ will open a five-star hotel on the peninsula in 2030

The largest hotel chain “AZIMUT Hotels” has become a new resident of the “Kamchatka” ASEZ and is implementing an investment project to build and operate a five-star hotel complex in the Yelizovsky District. The investment volume under the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) is 4 billion rubles. The project will create 174 jobs. The new complex is planned to be built by 2030.

The hotel complex will be located on a 22-hectare site in the resort area of ​​Paratunka, Yelizovsky municipal district. The future facility will include the main hotel building with 120 rooms, 30 cottages, restaurants, a spa area with thermal pools, multifunctional halls for business and private events, as well as various recreational areas.

The new hotel complex is expected to welcome up to 20,000 guests annually, contributing to the growth of business activity and tax revenues to budgets at all levels. Total deductions are expected to exceed 1.2 billion rubles by 2034. The project will become part of the Paratunka tourism cluster and will strengthen Kamchatka's position as one of the leading destinations for domestic and international tourism.
