New resident of the “Chukotka” ASEZ will open a metal processing plant in Anadyr in 2026

The Production and Technology Department "ENERGY" (JSC PTD “ENERGY”) in the status of a resident of the "Chukotka" ASEZ will open a modern metal processing plant in the Industrial Park "Anadyr". The project plans to purchase high-tech equipment, including laser cutting machines, sheet bending machines and lathes. The plant's production capacity will allow it to produce up to 500 tons of metal structures per year and process up to 1,200 square meters of metal per month. The total investment volume under the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) will exceed 100 million rubles. The plant is scheduled to be commissioned in 2026. "Our project is aimed at meeting the region's needs for metal structures for urban infrastructure, energy and other industries. We plan to produce lighting poles, pile structures, and also provide laser metal cleaning services. The preferences of the priority development area regime, including tax breaks and reduced insurance premiums, will allow us to effectively implement the project and confidently work in the first years, contributing to the development of Chukotka's industrial potential. It was the availability of government business support instruments in the Far East that inspired us to launch a business initiative. The enterprise will be located on the territory of the “Anadyr” Industrial Park, which is also a resident of the “Chukotka” ASEZ, this will make it possible to start production in a short time due to the preferential rental rate and ready infrastructure," noted Vasily Sevryukov, General Director of JSC PTD “ENERGY”.
