new resident of the “Bolshoy Kamen” priority development area is implementing a project in the field of construction materials production. The “PZSM” company will build a plant for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and panels with a capacity of 300,000 cubic meters per year. The start of operations of the enterprise, located in the city of “Bolshoy Kamen” in Primorsky Region, is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2027. According to the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), investments in the development of the region's industry amount to more than 1.7 billion rubles, and 105 jobs will be created.
"The project of the “PZSM” company is aimed at replacing imported building materials, as well as offering high-quality and affordable products on the construction market of Primorye and the entire Far East. We will provide the new resident of the priority development area with the necessary support in implementing the project at all stages, and ensure the application of the necessary tax benefits and administrative preferences," said Aleksey Dunayev, Director of the FEDC “Primorye”.
