A new resident of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ will establish a modern packaging facility for the Amur Gas Chemical Complex (AGCC) products

“Terika Vostok” company, a new resident of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ, will establish a high-tech five-layer polyethylene film (FFS) production facility in the Svobodnensky District of the Amur Region. The products will be used for packaging polymer granules produced by the Amur Gas Chemical Complex (AGCC), one of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ's anchor residents. The film will be produced using polymers supplied by AGCC. The first line is scheduled to launch in August 2026, with full capacity expected in January 2028. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the project investment amounts to 585 million rubles, creating 43 jobs. FFS film is designed for automatic packaging machines and is widely used for packaging bulk products such as mineral fertilizers, polymers, animal feed, and construction mixtures. The material's five-layer structure provides increased strength and superior protective properties.
