A new resident of the Free Port will build a hotel for athletes in Vladivostok

The “Sputnik-DV” company received the status of a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) to implement a project to build a hotel near the “Fetisov Arena” sports complex in the suburbs of Vladivostok. A three-story 2-3-star hotel with 46 rooms, a dining room, parking and a landscaped adjacent territory is planned to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2024. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), 36.6 million rubles will be invested, and 20 residents of Primorsky region will be employed.

“Today, with the support of the state in the Far East, a new hotel infrastructure is being actively created, and recreational projects are being implemented. This is a necessary condition for the further growth of the tourist flow to the macro region, the continuation of the development of domestic tourism in Russia. FPV residents carry out large-scale work in this sphere: applying tax benefits and administrative preferences, using the services of the FEDC, entrepreneurs are implementing 237 projects in the field of tourism and recreation. This is mainly the construction of hotels, recreation centers. Investors actually invested 23.6 billion rubles in projects, created over 1,700 jobs, put 20 enterprises into operation,” said Sergey Skaliy, Deputy General Director of the FEDC for support of investment projects.
