The company "ECOSTROY DV" has become a new resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) with a project to produce high-quality foam concrete and foam concrete products. The plant is planned to be launched in 2025, it will be located in the Nadezhdinsky District of Primorsky Region. The capacity of the enterprise will be from 42 cubic meters of foam blocks per day. The main buyers of the products will be developers of apartment buildings and cottage villages, as well as private customers. According to the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 17 million rubles are being invested in the project.
"New production of building materials in Primorye is necessary to continue the dynamic development of the region, meet the demand of construction companies and reduce the cost of housing. We will provide support to the new resident of FPV at all stages of the project implementation, if necessary, we will help establish cooperation links, sales and promotion of products," said Aleksey Dunayev, Director of FEDC “Primorye”.
