A new FPV resident will create a modern furniture production facility in Primorye

“Servis-Komplekt” company has become a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) to implement an investment project to build a modern manufacturing facility in Vladivostok. The new facility will launch a full production cycle for cabinet and built-in chipboard furniture. According to the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investment volume will amount to 300 million rubles, creating 27 new jobs.

The production facility will be located on a leased plot of land measuring 5,800 square meters in Vladivostok. The planned capacity will allow for monthly revenue of 5 million rubles from furniture production and approximately 500,000 rubles from assembly and installation services. "Being a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok's preferential regime allows us to quickly implement a project to create a modern, full-cycle furniture production facility in Vladivostok. This preferential regime allows us to optimize the financial burden at the start and focus resources on implementing technologies and organizing an efficient production process," noted Alexander Leunov, CEO of “Servis-Komplekt” LLC.
