A new resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) preferential regime will build a year-round 4-star resort complex in Primorsky Region

“RST-Development”, an FPV resident, will open a resort complex on the waterfront of Baklan Bay in the Khasansky District of Primorsky Region. The project includes the construction of a four-room guest house, a four-building aparthotel, a hotel complex, a water park, and other tourist infrastructure. The project will have 238 rooms, accommodating 496 guests. The facilities will be completed in 2029, and the resort will open in 2030. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing 2 billion rubles.

The resort will have a total area of ​​18,500 square meters. Some apartments will be available for purchase by investors. The resort will be managed by its own management company, which will be responsible for profitability, room occupancy, and high-quality service. An in-house tour operator will be responsible for attracting tourists and organizing entertainment events.

The resort will be able to accommodate over 26,000 guests annually. The water park and other amenities, including a café, restaurant, and promenades, will ensure the complex remains occupied throughout the season, regardless of the time of year or sea temperature.
