A new FPV resident will build a facility in Primorye to produce 20,000 liters of soybean oil per month

“SOYA-PROM” LLC has obtained resident status in the “Free Port Vladivostok” (FPV) special economic zone to establish a facility for producing soybean oil and its fractions. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the total investment in the project amounts to 26.2 million rubles.

The complex will be located in the city of Spassk-Dalny. Planned production capacity is 20,000 liters of unrefined soybean oil and 15,000 kilograms of soybean meal per month. Operations are scheduled to begin in 2027. The primary buyers of the oil and meal will be consumers in Russia and China.

"The project aims to establish a modern facility for the deep processing of soybeans in Primorsky Region. We are focusing on export potential and the needs of the Russian market. Thanks to our status as a Free Port of Vladivostok resident, we will be able to reach design capacity faster and offer high-quality products to the market," noted Dmitry Levchuk, Director of “SOYA-PROM” LLC.
