The owners of the housing certificate were the Novoseltsev family, which moved from Donetsk to Blagoveshchensk at the end of April with the support of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation.
Now the family rents a house, parents work,
children go to a local school: the eldest son is in the ninth grade, preparing
for exams, the younger one is in the second grade.
