The new resident of FPV will start training divers and show the unique underwater world of Primorye

The “Bosfor 2.0” company, as a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), will open a commercial diving center in Vladivostok in 2025. The project's mission is to create conditions for professional training of divers according to international PADI and NDL standards. The company will also provide equipment rental services and organize diving tours to unique underwater sites in Primorsky Region. According to an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 11.5 million rubles will be invested in the project.

"Our project is the successor of the first diving club in Primorsky Region, which operated under the name "Bosfor". The new center is being created by students and the best alumni of the "old" club. We pay special attention to modern equipment, attracting qualified instructors and establishing partnerships with hotel complexes and tour operators. Thanks to a wide range of services, our diving center will be of interest to tourists, diving enthusiasts and professionals. In addition to educational programs and excursion tours for individual clients, we are working on a range of corporate events," said Vitaly Frolov, CEO of “Bosfor 2.0.”

The project plans to conduct up to 400 dives, conduct 200 water excursions and train about 100 people with different levels of training per year. For these purposes, 25 sets of equipment and a small motor vessel will be purchased, a pier will be built and a classroom will be equipped.
