The “Mint” beauty salon will be opened by Zhemchuzhina Chukotki in Bilibino to offer cosmetology and massage services. Under an agreement with the FEDC, the new resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF) will provide the salon with up-to-date equipment. Over 1,200 cosmetology and massage services per year will be delivered by high-skilled professionals. The salon is scheduled to open in 2023.
