The new park was created with funds from a federal grant from the Far Eastern Federal District Municipal Improvement Competition

The improvement of the Central Park in the village of Kamen-Rybolov in Primorsky Region has been completed. The project won the 3rd Competition for the Best Projects to Create a Comfortable Urban Environment for Municipalities in the Far East and was funded by a federal grant. The competition was held at the request of the President of the Russian Federation with the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC).

The renovated park has become the village's central public space, combining recreation, sports, and cultural events. The landscaping project completely redesigned the engineering and architectural design of the area: vertical planning was carried out, old structures were dismantled, and a new network of pedestrian routes and drainage systems was created. Modern utilities were installed as part of the project, including outdoor lighting poles, an electrical supply system, water supply, and sewerage. CCTV cameras and energy-saving lighting fixtures are installed throughout the park. This ensures safety and comfort for all residents, including those with disabilities.
