Following the results of the scientific seminar "Strengthening and Developing a Person Throughout Life", the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) announced the creation of a scientific and practical consortium. The goal of the new association will be to conduct scientific research and systematic practical work on the development and implementation of new solutions aimed at improving the health of residents of the Far East. The seminar was held with the support of the FEDC; its initiators were the Far Eastern State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports (FEAS, Khabarovsk) and the Higher School of Economics (HSE). At the first stage, the consortium will include FEAS, Privolzhsky Research Medical University (PIMU), and the Higher School of Economics.
The seminar allowed for a discussion of the general scientific agenda and cooperation of interested participants of the new consortium, as well as for the design of joint research for the development of a specific applied project - a program for improving the health of residents of the Far East.
