A new brick factory will be built in Primorye using the customs benefits of the Free Port

The “Primorsky Brick Plant” company plans to implement an investment project in the Primorsky Region for the production of large-format porous blocks, facing and ordinary ceramic bricks with a capacity of up to 30 million pieces per year as a resident of the free port of Vladivostok (FPV). The implementation of the project will be significantly supported by the application of the free customs zone (FCZ) procedure. The plant is planned to be put into operation by the end of 2026. “To implement our project, we plan to submit an application to the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation in the near future to obtain resident status of the free port of Vladivostok. Significant tax benefits, as well as the free customs zone procedure, are an investment tool that helps business development. This is a particularly important issue for us, since the supply of equipment from China worth more than 600 million rubles, which is about 140 containers weighing 2,700 tons, is planned using two customs control zones,” shared Vladimir Bespalikov, director of “Primorsky Brick Plant” LLC.
