The new information portal tells about the implementation of the Murmansk master plan and the projects of the residents of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation

A new information portal, “Murmansk 2030”, has been launched in the capital of the Arctic. The site was created by the “Samolet” Group, the largest developer in Russia in terms of current construction volumes. The portal contains news about key areas of regional development: from strengthening industrial potential and implementing the Murmansk agglomeration master plan to new initiatives by residents of regional preferential regimes aimed at developing the economy and improving the quality of life in the Arctic. The portal was created by the “Samolet” Group with the support of the Murmansk Region Government and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). Ilya Petrasov, Development Director of Samolet Group, reported that in 2024, a strategic master plan for the development of the Murmansk agglomeration was developed, including more than 100 key projects. Among them are the modernization of port infrastructure, gasification of the region, the creation of a cluster-type ship repair complex, the construction of a world-class campus based on the Murmansk Arctic University, as well as projects to create a comfortable urban environment and build new social facilities. The “Murmansk 2030” portal will become an important information platform covering large-scale transformations in the region.
