New residents of the “Sakhalin” ASEZ are developing the tourism infrastructure of the “Gorny Vozdukh” resort

The companies “Dranik”, “Arkada”, and “Sfera Komforta”, residents of the “Sakhalin” ASEZ, are implementing projects to create a café and bar with board games, as well as construct two retail pavilions at the “Gorny Vozdukh” sports and tourism complex. The total capital investment under agreements with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) exceeds 10.6 million rubles, creating 202 jobs.

“Dranik”'s project includes the construction of a 499-square-meter café with seating for 59.

“Arkada” is creating a 500-square-meter entertainment bar. It will feature a social space, a central bar, and an area with interactive entertainment options, including darts, board games, pinball, air hockey, and billiards. Tournaments and quizzes are planned for the bar.

“Sfera Komforta” will build two retail pavilions, each with a total area of 15 square meters. The pavilions will accommodate food service outlets and other commercial facilities. The resident will also manage the food hall under construction on the resort's premises and manage tenant relations.

"New investment projects are aligned with the Sakhalin Region's tourism development strategy and are aimed at increasing the region's appeal for residents and visitors. ASEZ’s residents are implementing 38 tourism projects in the region. Investors receive favorable terms for developing infrastructure, including hotels, cafes, restaurants, and service facilities," said Maria Grishinkova, Director of the FEDC “Sakhalin and Kuril Islands”.
