New residents of the “Sakhalin” Priority Development Area will build a hotel and a bath complex at the “Gorny Vozdukh” resort
The “Elan” company received the status of a resident of the “Sakhalin” advanced development area to implement a project to build a 76-room hotel complex with a restaurant on the territory of the “Gorny Vozdukh” resort. According to an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 392 million rubles will be invested in the project. The complex will welcome its first vacationers in 2027.
The company "Dolina Turistov" became a resident of the "Sakhalin" ASEZ with a project of a bath complex in "Gorny Vozdukh". The complex includes 5 SPA houses for 4 people each and a bath for 15 people. The new facility will give tourists the opportunity to relax and restore their health in one of the most picturesque locations in the region. Under the agreement with the FEDC, the investor will invest 75 million rubles in the project. The bath complex will begin accepting tourists in 2026.
"The tax and administrative preferences offered by the ASEZ regime provide significant support to entrepreneurs, allow them to launch new enterprises in a short time and with less capital investment, and recoup investments faster. On Sakhalin, ASEZ residents are implementing 22 projects in the field of tourism. They have already invested 6 billion rubles in the region's economy," commented Maria Grishinkova, Director of the FEDC "Sakhalin and Kuril Islands".
