Results of the second module of the management training program for the Far Eastern Federal District "Muravyov-Amursky 2030"

The second module of the Muravyov-Amursky 2030 program has been completed in Kamchatka. The participants mastered the specific thinking techniques necessary for working on problematic tasks, assessed the resource potential and analyzed the topics of project activities. The result of the work on the module was the final formation of topics for future projects in seven groups:

– development of a strategy to improve the socio-economic situation in the cities of the Far East;

-- working out of a set of measures for the development of small aviation as a tool that ensures mobility;

– organization of the international transport corridor NSR as part of the unified logistics system of Russia;

– development of a universal model of the transboundary zone in the Far East;

– transformation of the universities of the Far East in the conditions of “Russia's turn to the East”;

– development of a set of measures for the industrial policy of the Far East in the new socio-economic conditions;

– development of tourism in the regions of the Far East.

The Muravyov-Amursky 2030 program is implemented by the Russian Ministry for the Development of the Far East and the Russian Far East and Arctic Development Corporation with the support of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and the SKOLKOVO School of Management. Annual training is free for graduates of the program, subject to employment in the civil service in the Far Eastern Federal District for a period of at least two years. The place of work of each graduate will be determined individually, taking into account the requests of the regions and the recommendations of the Council of Mentors.
