The final in-person module of the second stream of the program "Woman Leader. North and Far East. Centers of Attraction" is taking place in Chita at the Transbaikal State University (ZabSU). The project is organized by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East together with the “Senezh” Management Workshop and the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum with the support of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). After four modules – two in-person and two online – 112 female leaders from 18 regions of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF) and the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) are moving on to the final stage to present 19 socially significant projects created during the spring training cycle to the expert jury.
The final module includes project demonstrations, discussions, and defenses of projects before an expert jury, which includes high-ranking regional officials and representatives of federal agencies. An important part of the final stage will be master classes and discussions aimed at developing skills in influencing, managing teams and resources, strengthening partnerships, and scaling social initiatives.
The experience of participating in the program "Woman Leader. North and Far East" became for many participants not just a stage of training, but also an important milestone in professional and personal education.
