A new program of the FEDC and ASICA for training specialists in the field of creative space management has been launched in Vladivostok

The opening of the advanced training program "Creative Spaces as a Regional Development Tool: Practices and Guidelines" took place in Vladivostok. The project was initiated by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts (ASICA) with the support of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) Development Corporation. The educational program is implemented at the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) and is aimed at training specialists capable of effectively organize and develop creative clusters. More than 100 managers and representatives of creative industries from 11 regions of the Far Eastern Federal District became students of the program. The training course combines theoretical knowledge and training in practical tools for managing creative clusters. Its participants will master methods of financial planning, cost optimization and attracting funding to creative clusters through grants, investments and crowdfunding, learn about strategies for promoting clusters, get acquainted with the best practical solutions in their work and legal aspects of managing state property. A separate block of the program will be a presentation of the creative potential of Primorsky Region, which will be held by the local Center for Creative Industries.
