A new embankment in Khabarovsk will be built as part of the city development plan

In the Far Eastern Federal District, the implementation of 22 long-term plans for the development of cities and agglomerations has begun. As part of a large-scale project to renovate cities in the region, it is planned to implement 875 projects with a total cost of more than 4.4 trillion rubles. In the Khabarovsk Territory, in accordance with the previously approved long-term development plan for the Khabarovsk agglomeration, the implementation of one of the flagship projects has begun - the construction of a united pedestrian embankment. The project will be fully implemented before 2029; the total investment will be 12 billion rubles. The project consists of five parts: the Central embankment, which will stretch fr om the yacht club to Ussuriysky Boulevard; Museum Embankment in the area of the future building of the Far Eastern Art Museum; the embankment in the area of the former fleet repair base, wh ere the new residential development “City Harbor” will appear (this area will become a center for business, sports and recreation near the water); the embankment near the “Erofey” sports arena, which will include a landscaped river dam and a new park near the arena building; as well as the “Park of Five Landscapes” embankment, which will become a showcase of the most beautiful natural ecosystems of the Khabarovsk Region.
