The preparation of management teams for the new creative infrastructure of the Far East has begun

The opening day of the educational program “Creative Spaces Management” at the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) in Moscow brought together more than 140 managers and representatives of Creative Industries (CI) from all regions of the Far East. The participants of the management team training program were welcomed by the Executive Director for Social Development of the FEDC Gasan Gasanbalaev. The operator of the program "Management of Creative Spaces" is the Arctic Institute of Culture and Arts (AGIKI, Yakutsk). The first vice-rector of the university Stanislav Ivanov spoke at the opening of the program and told the participants about his university. Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, author of the law “On the development of creative industries of the Russian Federation” Denis Kravchenko addressed the participants of the program. "In accordance with the adopted strategy for the development of creative industries, by 2030 the gross domestic product of the creative economy in our country should be almost doubled, and the President gave us the task of working on this problem. It is in this regard that my colleagues and I have developed a special Federal Law on the development of creative industries. Law No. 330 was signed by the President in August 2024. It comes into force on February 5, 2025. The law provides the basic concepts of what the creative economy is, classifies creative industries, introduces a list of CIs, distributes powers between the Federation and the regions, while the main powers go to the regions. This is a very important emphasis that the President pointed out to us, and we have definitely taken it into account in our work."
