The Supervisory Board of the Khabarovsk ASEZ approved the winner of the competitive selection for the “Far Eastern Quarter” program
Members of the supervisory board of the priority development territory (ASEZ) "Khabarovsk" approved the results of the competitive selection of developers of the program to create high quality and affordable housing - "Far Eastern Quarter" in the city of Khabarovsk. The winner was the company SZ "Dalnevostochny" - a partnership project of two development companies DARS and UNIKEY.
Almost 46 hectares are provided for complex residential development in the Zheleznodorozhny district of Khabarovsk. By 2033, more than 310 thousand square meters of housing will be built here in stages, of which at least 35% of the total area of apartments will have to be provided by the developer for purchase for social needs. Commissioning of the first stage of construction in a volume of at least 50 thousand square meters is planned for the end of 2026.
The first floors of residential buildings will be occupied by commercial premises - shops, cafes, pharmacies and consumer services. The landscaped area will be equipped with children's and sports grounds and recreation areas. More than 5 thousand parking spaces are planned for car owners. The new residential area is designed to accommodate about 10 thousand people. The complex development should also include social infrastructure, including three kindergartens for 800 places and a school for 1,200 students, which will be built with the assistance of the federal budget under the Far Eastern Concession and Unified Presidential Subsidy programs, supervised by the Ministry of Eastern Development of Russia and the Far East Development Corporation and Arctic (FEDC).
