Ways to improve the quality of school education in the country were discussed at the EEF-2025

The session "Quality of school education: a conversation about what is important" was held in Vladivostok as part of the Eastern Economic Forum. Its participants discussed how to consider society's demand for improving the quality of school education and what conditions need to be created to develop the individual abilities and talents of each schoolchild. The session was organized by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). The head of Vladivostok, Konstantin Shestakov, drew attention to attracting teachers to the region. "Over the past two years, we have employed more than 700 teachers in our schools, 80 people came from different regions of our country. We have quite competitive salaries, we pay for relocation, provide rental housing, and give each person the opportunity to realize themselves. Therefore, guys from Kaliningrad, Kazan, Moscow Region, Novosibirsk and other cities decide to come here in order to realize themselves here as teachers," he said.
