A ceremonial laying of the first stone in the foundation of a sports and recreation complex on the territory of the ski resort "Gorny Vozdukh" took place. The project is being implemented by the company "Rekord" in the status of a resident of the "Sakhalin" ASEZ. It also includes a hotel and thermal complexes, the construction of which will start at the next stage. The commissioning of the sports and recreation complex is planned for 2026, the hotel and thermal complex in 2028, which will be an important stage in the development of the region's sports and tourism infrastructure. Under the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor invests 1.6 billion rubles, creating 138 jobs.
The “Dynamo” sports complex, with a total area of 2.9 thousand square meters, will be equipped with a large gym for competitions, as well as halls for training, exercise equipment, and martial arts.
The hotel and thermal complexes will include 136 comfortable rooms, as well as recreational infrastructure: a thermal zone with swimming pools, a spa, a bath complex and a fitness club; a restaurant for 150 people and conference halls. A special feature of the complex will be direct access to the ski slopes of the “Gorny Vozdukh” resort.
