The new resident of the priority development area “Primorye”, the company "Center for Industrial Development", will build a production and warehouse complex for the production of ice cream, meat and dough semi-finished products, as well as ready-made meals. The company plans to begin production in 2027. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the ASEZ resident will invest 251.7 million rubles in the project.
According to Andrey Nikulin, CEO of the “Center for Industrial Development” LLC, it is planned to purchase raw materials for the production of food products from Russian manufacturers, primarily from local ones. The volumes of ice cream, semi-finished products and ready meals will be determined based on real demand in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk Regions.
The most significant benefits of the priority development area regime for enterprises will be zero property and profit taxes for the first five years, as well as insurance premiums reduced from 30% to 7.6% for 10 years.
