A dry construction mixes plant, which is preparing to open, has been connected to the gas supply in the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and “Gazprom Gas Distribution Far East” completed the gas supply connection to the dry mix construction plant's gas supply system, built in the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ. FEDC provided the gas supply to the resident's site, while Gazprom's specialists provided the natural gas supply to the facility.

The fuel will be used in the plant's production cycle for the manufacture of finished building mixes and for heating industrial facilities.

The resident company is preparing to open production in the third quarter of 2026. The plant's output will help maintain the high pace of construction in the region. This is in line with the goals of the federal "Housing" project of the presidential national project "Infrastructure for Life." Investments in the construction and launch of the plant, under the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, amount to over 280 million rubles. A third of this amount is for equipment. Twenty-seven jobs will be created.
