At the “Amurskaya” priority development area, a new production facility for metal frames will create more than 1,000 jobs

The “Construction Technologies” company will create a metal structures production facility with a capacity of 4.2 thousand tons per year in the “Amurskaya” ASEZ. The workshop will be located in the Svobodnensky District of the Amur Region, and in 2025 it will begin producing various types of custom-made metal frames of standard and non-standard shapes. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the company will invest over 274 million rubles, creating 1,039 jobs. "Currently, the largest industrial and social facilities in Russia are being built in the Amur Region, and in this regard, the demand for construction materials is growing. Investment projects such as a workshop for the production of metal frames will expand the capabilities of the construction sector of the Amur Region. The FEDC team provides the resident with comprehensive support at all stages of the project implementation," noted Irina Volkova, Director of the FEDC “Amurskaya”.
