Together with ISTC Russky Development Fund, the Far Eastern Federal University has defined four key activity areas of the Innovative Science and Educational Center. The project will incorporate four research and educational clusters: IT-park, “Biomedicine", "Biotechnologies" and "Ocean Engineering". A statement to this effect was made by Elena Kharisova, the Fund’s Director General.
