Future civil servants will undergo training and internship in the People's Republic of China. The Muravyov-Amursky 2030 program has been implemented for the third year by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East together with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) with the support of the Skolkovo School of Management and the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU). The goal of the program is to prepare a management team of civil servants to work in the Far East. It takes into account the specifics of the Far Eastern regions and the requirements for professional competencies. Cadets gain knowledge and skills in public administration, industry expertise. Under the mentorship of the heads of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, heads of regions and their teams, they are engaged in applied development projects. 14 have already been partially implemented. In response to modern challenges, the program is being improved from stream to stream. For the first time, the program includes a full-fledged international module in partnership with the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management and the Institute of Asian and African Countries of Moscow State University. Part of the program will be held in the People's Republic of China. The module is designed to emphasize the importance of turning to the East, which has become one of the priorities of Russia's foreign policy.
