Infrastructure is being built at the “Rovnoye” site of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ to create a modern industrial zone and attract investors

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) is creating infrastructure at the “Rovnoye” site of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ for existing residents and attracting new investors to the region. By 2027, 9.1 km of roads, ten complete transformer substations, and a 10 kV/500 kVA distribution substation are planned to be commissioned, along with a 17.7 km stormwater drainage system, a stormwater treatment facility with a capacity of 310 cubic meters per day, and a wastewater network with a processing capacity of 100 cubic meters per day. This infrastructure will enable the rapid launch of new, in-demand production facilities.

"The confident construction of infrastructure is a clear signal to the business community: the conditions for launching new projects are being created in the Amur Region. We are creating not just a site, but a growth hub that will enable the implementation of high-tech and logistics projects, create jobs, and increase tax revenues. The “Rovnoye” site's total investment portfolio already stands at 48 billion rubles. Of this, approximately 10 billion rubles are planned to be invested in projects within the International Advanced Development Area. The immediate development prospects for the “Rovnoye” site include the creation of an international priority development area, the construction of an administrative building, and the launch of the second phase of infrastructure construction," noted Irina Volkova, Director of the FEDC “Amurskaya”.
