The first phase of work involves the construction of approximately 9 kilometers of Category IV roads. These new highways will connect over 170 hectares of land to the general infrastructure, ensuring year-round access for residents.
The project is being implemented comprehensively: along with road construction, over 24 km of domestic and storm sewer networks are being installed, treatment facilities with a capacity of up to 310 m³/h for stormwater and up to 910 m³/day for domestic water are being constructed, and 10 modular transformer substations are being installed. Completion of all construction and installation work is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
