The film project "Chelyuskin. The First" was presented at the International Forum of Creative Industries in Ulan-Ude

On the first day of the International Forum of Creative Industries "Created in the Far East: From Content to Capital," a landmark presentation took place in the capital of Buryatia. Film producer Fyodor Bondarchuk and Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic Elvira Nurgalieva presented the new series "Chelyuskin. The First" and officially launched the Far Eastern Art Market—an innovative platform for promoting artists from the region and integrating contemporary art from the Far East into the professional community.

The story of the Chelyuskin expedition, a testament to the steadfastness and fortitude of the Russian spirit, inspired the film crew to create a series based on real events. "Chelyuskin: The First" is a six-part feature film dedicated to the unique Arctic rescue operation of the 1930s. The project was produced by Art Pictures Vision for “NMG Studio” with the support of the Internet Development Institute. Filming took place in the Arkhangelsk and Murmansk regions, as well as the Chukotka Autonomous District.

Presenting the project at the International Creative Industries Forum, Fyodor Bondarchuk noted its high technical complexity and the use of the latest advances in computer graphics. In the context of the forum, he raised the importance of rebates in the film industry.
