In Kamchatka, a resident of the SPV is preparing to open a service center for local residents and tourists

The company "Visit-Center Natural Parks of Kamchatka", which received the status of a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), opened a multifunctional three-story complex in the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. In the first half of 2025, a café, travel agency, dental clinic and offices of various organizations will open on the site. The SPV resident is completing finishing work on the premises and landscaping the external territory. 67.5 million rubles have been invested in the project under an agreement with the FEDC. The three-story center with a 65-space parking lot is expected to be visited by up to 23,000 people a year. Tenants have already occupied about 70% of the complex's area.
