A roadshow of the Far East's creative infrastructure was presented at the “Anchors 2026” forum in Vladivostok

The "Anchors 2026" forum, a key event in the Far East commercial real estate market, was held in Vladivostok. It brought together investors, developers, business owners, and industry experts. The event included a roadshow presentation of the Far Eastern Federal District's creative infrastructure, presenting the concepts of all creative clusters currently under construction in the macroregion—in Ulan-Ude, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Blagoveshchensk, and Vladivostok. The forum also provided information about the Creative Industries Forum, which will be held in Ulan-Ude from May 21 to 23, 2026.

"Roadshows like these can help commercial real estate find new appeal and reimagine spatial concepts. The “Yakorya” Forum ("Anchors" forum) can become a platform for discussing ideas between the creative community and developers. This year, over 100 companies from eight regions of the Far Eastern Federal District participated in the event," said Andrey Tkachenko, head of the Forum's organizing committee and strategic director of “Business Metra”.

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) organized a roadshow of creative infrastructure in the Far Eastern Federal District. Following the event, the Corporation will prepare a list of proposals for developing creative space projects for the regions and private investors.
