The large-scale "Heart of Sakhalin" project is being implemented in the city of Korsakov. It is a key component of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk agglomeration master plan and will become one of the region's largest residential clusters, both in terms of construction volume and its significance for the integrated development of the urban environment.
Construction work on the site is currently in its final stages. Specialists are completing the installation of external water supply and wastewater systems and finishing work in common areas and residential units. The company will soon begin landscaping the surrounding area.
