The “Mohe-Naiba” International Transport Corridor (ITC) is a comprehensive transport and logistics project that integrates rail, river, port, and Arctic infrastructure. It will create a new meridional route linking countries in the Asia-Pacific region and Southeast Asia with the Trans-Arctic Transport Corridor.
The project includes the creation of an international combined border crossing with China, the construction of the deep-water port of Naiba, a new railway line from Nizhny Bestyakh to Naiba, approximately 1,300 km long, with access to the port, and a line to Magadan, approximately 1,670 km long.
