The construction of the Museum and Theatre Complex in Vladivostok uses the benefits of the Free Port regime

The new resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), the company “Sirius-V”, is implementing a project to build a Museum and Theatre-Educational Complex on the Eagle's Nest Hill. The work includes design and construction and installation work with a total area of over 40 thousand square meters. According to the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investment volume is 110.3 million rubles.

The project implementation envisages the creation of 113 new jobs by 2026. The company has already begun equipping the workplaces with the necessary machinery and equipment.

The complex will include an opera and ballet theatre, an educational building for the Higher School of Musical and Theatre Arts for 300 students, and a museum and theatre block, which will house branches of the Tretyakov Gallery, the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts, the School of Creative Industries and the Mariinsky Theatre.
