“Muravyov-Amursky 2030”: Federal Internship Results Summed Up

From January 21 to 30, 2026, one of the most important modules of the Muravyov-Amursky 2030 program for training personnel for the civil service of the Far East and Arctic was held: federal internships.

Module 7 of the program allowed cadets to immerse themselves in the work of federal government bodies, develop high-level decision-making skills, and establish direct contacts with leaders of 10 key ministries and agencies of the country (the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Russia, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Ministry of Labor of Russia, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs), as well as the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and the Federal Agency for State Planning (FASP) “Vostokgosplan”.

As part of the module, cadets were invited to participate in the "January Hearings"—an off-site meeting on the results of the Far East's socio-economic development in 2025 and the objectives for 2026, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev.

Participants held working meetings with governors of the Far Eastern regions, discussing project tracks and presenting their work, which they will present in April during the final module of the program.
