A multifunctional agricultural complex with an elevator and housing for workers will be built by a new resident of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ in Primorye.
The “Skif Plus” company will create a multifunctional agricultural and silo complex for growing 22 thousand tons of soybeans and corn per year, storing and processing grain crops in the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ in the city of Ussuriysk, Primorsky Region. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), over 2 billion rubles will be invested in the project, and 250 jobs will be created. Low-rise buildings with 110 apartments will be built for employees.
“The agricultural complex will consist of several parts: arable land and a production base, as well as a linear elevator with a capacity of 105,000 tons with a complex for storing and processing grain crops, grain storage sites, and railway tracks. To do this, by the third quarter of 2027, we will purchase and modernize the production base, equip it with inventory and special equipment, build the elevator itself, warehouses, lay a railway line and purchase 100 wagons for transporting grain. Starting from the second quarter of 2026, we will start building four low-rise economy class buildings with 110 apartments for the employees of the enterprise. It is planned to hand over housing in 2029," said Andrey Deleh, General Director of “Skif Plus” LLC.
